Pays more if you are hispanic

I have noticed that I immediately do not qualify for more than 50% of the surveys as soon as I click the "white/non-hispanic" button. Why is this? I understand the meed for a range or diverse ethnic backgrounds but it I never qualify for the survey due to race that is frustrating. The surveys I actually do qualify for are ok. I have made about $13 in 6 months and I do every survey I get so its ok but not great. I think someone hispanic would make much more!
